Make the useful space count

01

Choose furniture by fit

For a 2BHK or 3BHK, test the sofa, dining table and beds against the usable room dimensions. Check movement with chairs pulled out and cupboard doors open, not just the furniture footprint.

02

Give one room more than one role

A guest room can accommodate a work corner if the layout allows. Decide which furniture is new and which you will retain, then record the selected items in the room scope.

03

Plan a practical kitchen

Map preparation, cooking, washing and storage before selecting cabinet fronts. Review appliances, electrical points and usable counter space together; a longer cabinet run is not automatically a better kitchen.

A brief for your Tata Eureka Park home

Can a room serve two purposes without compromising everyday use?

Compare furniture against usable room dimensions. Plan a work corner, guests and storage together, while keeping the kitchen and frequently used routes straightforward.

01

Flexible spare room

Try the guest bed and work desk in the same dimensioned layout, including chair movement and wardrobe access.

Agree together: An explicit furniture list for the room's main and occasional uses.

02

Kitchen workflow

Map washing, preparation, cooking and storage with the appliances you intend to use.

Agree together: A cabinet and service-point schedule based on your routine.

03

Retained furniture

Measure existing pieces before choosing new storage and finishes around them.

Agree together: A clear list of what stays and what the quote needs to supply.

Bring these to the conversation.

  • Correct phase, tower and apartment type
  • Appliance list and cooking requirements
  • Dimensions of retained furniture

These are planning checks, not a declaration of builder-supplied inclusions. Confirm the specification for your own apartment.

A clear scope before a commitment

What will your apartment interiors cost?

The answer depends on your rooms, measured work and finishes. Compare Premium, Luxury and Bespoke specifications alongside what is included—not just the total.

Compare the work and cost, room by room
  1. Choose your rooms and work

Keep what works. Select what you want to change.

  2. Review the price and scope

GST is shown separately. Optional work must be selected and listed.

  3. Keep the details connected

Design decisions, material records and the schedule belong in My Livingly.

Before interiors begin

Your Tata Eureka Park interior planning checklist.

A few decisions now make the quote and the work clearer. Keep your floor plan, handover specification and room list together.

  1. Check what the builder supplies

    Your handover specification comes first.

    What to check
    • Compare your apartment with its agreed handover specification. Note the flooring, doors, kitchen cabinetry and bathroom fittings already supplied.
    • Keep photographs and a list of items to clarify with the builder. Builder inclusions can differ between apartments and purchase agreements.
  2. Decide what stays in each room

Keep, replace or add. Make those choices visible.

    What to check
    • Mark the rooms you want designed. List existing beds, sofas, wardrobes and appliances you intend to keep, with their dimensions.
    • Separate new furniture from replacement work. Replacing flooring, doors or bathroom finishes may also need removal and preparation in the scope.
  3. Compare the same scope

One total is not the whole comparison.

    What to check
    • Check wardrobe and cabinet dimensions, materials, hardware, counters and the quantity of furniture. Ask which electrical, plumbing and installation work is listed.
    • Read the GST, exclusions and assumptions. Confirm how added work will be priced and approved before comparing two quotes.
  4. Confirm access before scheduling

A plan for the apartment. A plan for getting the work done.

    What to check
    • Ask your society or facility team about work permissions, permitted hours, goods-lift booking, delivery access and debris removal.
    • Check any applicable deposits or building charges directly with the society. Agree who handles them and coordinate deliveries before fixing the work schedule.

Before you start.

Can I plan a guest room and study together at Tata Eureka Park?

Yes, where your own room dimensions allow it. Test the bed and desk in one dimensioned layout, including chair movement, wardrobe shutters and door access. Select the new furniture you need explicitly and distinguish it from existing pieces you intend to retain.

Do you plan 2BHK and 3BHK interiors at Tata Eureka Park?

Livingly plans the selected rooms and work around your apartment’s actual layout. Share the correct tower, phase and flat details so the team can use the relevant plan rather than assume all 2BHK or 3BHK homes are the same.

Can I keep my existing furniture?

Yes. Identify the pieces you want to keep and provide their dimensions during planning. New beds, sofas and other optional work should be selected and listed in the quote, not assumed.

Will I see a single square-foot package price?

The useful comparison is the work included in your selected rooms. Livingly’s quote depends on the layout, scope, finishes and quantities; GST is shown separately. Read the cost guide for what changes the total.
