Sector 152, Noida · planning notes

Keep the good foundations. Make the rest yours.

01

Check the supplied finishes first

Review your purchase agreement and apartment handover for kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes and flooring. Choose what stays, what needs adapting and what should be replaced before pricing new work.

02

Treat windows as part of the plan

Consider curtain tracks, glare, privacy and furniture positions together. Measure the actual openings and check any building restrictions before choosing treatments or changing fixtures.

03

Connect new pieces to existing ones

Match retained finishes thoughtfully rather than trying to replace everything at once. Check timber tones, metal finishes and lighting colour so new furniture and fitted work feel part of the same home.

A brief for your ACE Starlit home

Which handed-over finishes deserve to stay?

Use your purchase documents and the apartment's actual condition to decide what to retain, adapt or replace. Coordinate new furniture and fitted work with the finishes you keep.

01

Keep / adapt / replace

Check your own handed-over kitchen, storage and flooring rather than assuming a common specification for every flat.

Agree together: A condition-based decision for each proposed replacement.

02

Furniture & openings

Compare the sofa, dining table and beds with usable dimensions, door movement and window access.

Agree together: A furniture plan that works with retained elements.

03

Matching finishes

Review physical samples next to the existing surfaces before ordering new cabinetry, curtains or lighting.

Agree together: A coordinated sample and fitting schedule.

Bring these to the conversation.

  • Actual handover specification and condition photos
  • Retain / adapt / replace list
  • Existing finish samples or clear reference photos

These are planning checks, not a declaration of builder-supplied inclusions. Confirm the specification for your own apartment.

A clear scope before a commitment

What will your apartment interiors cost?

The answer depends on your rooms, measured work and finishes. Compare Premium, Luxury and Bespoke specifications alongside what is included—not just the total.

Compare the work and cost, room by room
  1. Choose your rooms and work

Keep what works. Select what you want to change.

  2. Review the price and scope

GST is shown separately. Optional work must be selected and listed.

  3. Keep the details connected

  1. Check what the builder supplies

    Your handover specification comes first.

    What to check
    • Compare your apartment with its agreed handover specification. Note the flooring, doors, kitchen cabinetry and bathroom fittings already supplied.
    • Keep photographs and a list of items to clarify with the builder. Builder inclusions can differ between apartments and purchase agreements.
  2. Decide what stays in each room

Keep, replace or add. Make those choices visible.

    What to check
    • Mark the rooms you want designed. List existing beds, sofas, wardrobes and appliances you intend to keep, with their dimensions.
    • Separate new furniture from replacement work. Replacing flooring, doors or bathroom finishes may also need removal and preparation in the scope.
  3. Compare the same scope

One total is not the whole comparison.

    What to check
    • Check wardrobe and cabinet dimensions, materials, hardware, counters and the quantity of furniture. Ask which electrical, plumbing and installation work is listed.
    • Read the GST, exclusions and assumptions. Confirm how added work will be priced and approved before comparing two quotes.
  4. Confirm access before scheduling

A plan for the apartment. A plan for getting the work done.

    What to check
    • Ask your society or facility team about work permissions, permitted hours, goods-lift booking, delivery access and debris removal.
    • Check any applicable deposits or building charges directly with the society. Agree who handles them and coordinate deliveries before fixing the work schedule.

Before you start.

What should I retain when planning my ACE Starlit interiors?

Use your own handover specification and condition photographs to make a keep, adapt or replace list. Check flooring, kitchen fittings and any existing storage individually. Review new material samples beside the retained surfaces, and include removal and preparation where replacement is selected.

Is ACE Starlit in Sector 150?

ACE Starlit is in Sector 152, Noida. Livingly covers it as part of our wider Noida apartment interior service; it is not listed as a Sector 150 development.

Do I need to replace the builder’s kitchen and wardrobes?

Not automatically. Confirm the condition and specifications in your own apartment, then discuss whether to retain, adapt or replace them. Only the agreed work should enter your scope and price.

Can Livingly help with furniture and finishing touches?

Discuss the rooms and items you need with the team. Furniture and optional items must be selected and listed in the agreed scope; illustrations do not create automatic inclusions.
