Sector 150, Noida · planning notes

Small planning decisions. A home that works better.

01

Living, dining and balcony access

Place the sofa and dining furniture against your actual plan. Leave a comfortable route between the entrance, rooms and balcony; don’t let a TV unit narrow that route.

02

Bedrooms with useful storage

Measure the wardrobe run and check its shutters against the bed, doors and windows. Add a desk or new bed only where you want one, with the room’s circulation considered.

03

Kitchen and bathroom changes

Confirm what is supplied in your apartment before choosing replacements. Review counter runs, appliance positions, vanity dimensions and plumbing points with the team before execution.

A brief for your Godrej Nest home

How will the main living route work once the furniture is in?

Use the published type for your own flat to review living and dining together, then check bedroom storage and the kitchen scope individually. A mirrored plan needs its own opening and furniture checks.

01

Living & balcony route

Mark entrance-to-balcony movement with the sofa, dining chairs and TV unit drawn at the intended size.

Agree together: A furniture layout with the main route kept clear.

02

Bedroom storage

Check the recorded bedroom dimensions, then confirm wardrobe runs, bed size and shutter access on site.

Agree together: A wardrobe elevation and furniture list for each selected bedroom.

03

Kitchen scope

Compare the handed-over kitchen with the new cabinets, counter and appliances you actually need.

Agree together: A retain / replace list tied to your kitchen drawing.

Bring these to the conversation.

  • Correct tower, flat and mapped apartment type
  • Kitchen handover specification
  • Dimensions of any beds, sofa or dining table you will retain

These are planning checks, not a declaration of builder-supplied inclusions. Confirm the specification for your own apartment.

A clear scope before a commitment

What will your apartment interiors cost?

The answer depends on your rooms, measured work and finishes. Compare Premium, Luxury and Bespoke specifications alongside what is included—not just the total.

Compare the work and cost, room by room
  1. Choose your rooms and work

Keep what works. Select what you want to change.

  2. Review the price and scope

GST is shown separately. Optional work must be selected and listed.

  3. Keep the details connected

Design decisions, material records and the schedule belong in My Livingly.

  1. Check what the builder supplies

    Your handover specification comes first.

    What to check
    • Compare your apartment with its agreed handover specification. Note the flooring, doors, kitchen cabinetry and bathroom fittings already supplied.
    • Keep photographs and a list of items to clarify with the builder. Builder inclusions can differ between apartments and purchase agreements.
  2. Decide what stays in each room

Keep, replace or add. Make those choices visible.

    What to check
    • Mark the rooms you want designed. List existing beds, sofas, wardrobes and appliances you intend to keep, with their dimensions.
    • Separate new furniture from replacement work. Replacing flooring, doors or bathroom finishes may also need removal and preparation in the scope.
  3. Compare the same scope

One total is not the whole comparison.

    What to check
    • Check wardrobe and cabinet dimensions, materials, hardware, counters and the quantity of furniture. Ask which electrical, plumbing and installation work is listed.
    • Read the GST, exclusions and assumptions. Confirm how added work will be priced and approved before comparing two quotes.
  4. Confirm access before scheduling

A plan for the apartment. A plan for getting the work done.

    What to check
    • Ask your society or facility team about work permissions, permitted hours, goods-lift booking, delivery access and debris removal.
    • Check any applicable deposits or building charges directly with the society. Agree who handles them and coordinate deliveries before fixing the work schedule.

Before you start.

What should I check before ordering furniture for my Godrej Nest flat?

Match your tower and flat to its mapped apartment type and orientation. Draw the proposed sofa, dining chairs and TV storage at their intended sizes, then check the entrance-to-balcony route and door movement. Measure retained furniture and confirm wardrobe access in each selected bedroom before ordering.

Is this my exact Godrej Nest flat plan?

The library lets you explore published apartment types. Select your building and flat in the quote journey to confirm its mapped plan. Tower, floor and mirrored layouts must be checked; site dimensions are confirmed before work begins.

Does a room illustration mean everything shown is included?

No. The illustrations explain possible work. Your questionnaire choices and the listed work in your quote determine the scope. Furniture and optional items are included only when selected and listed.

Can I get a price if my flat is missing?

Share your home through the floor-plan request form. The team needs to review and map a suitable plan before the online quote can cover that flat. Submitting a request does not create a quote or a customer account.
