Sector 150, Noida · planning notes

A study, a retreat, a place for everyone

01

Decide what the study should do

Work, reading and occasional guests have different needs. Confirm the layout you own, choose the role of the study and agree any desk, shelving or furniture as explicit work rather than an assumed inclusion.

02

Plan privacy alongside hosting

Review the route from the entrance to the living and dining areas. Consider where guests sit, where family members work and how bedroom access stays comfortable when you are hosting.

03

Coordinate rooms without making them identical

Use a consistent palette and hardware approach, with room-specific storage and lighting. Check dressing, wardrobe and bathroom dimensions individually before finalising cabinetry.

A brief for your ATS Pious Orchards home

What should the study or extra room do for your household?

Where your own layout includes a study or extra room, choose its purpose before its furniture. Plan privacy, shared living and storage as related decisions; the room label alone does not establish included work.

01

Study purpose

Decide between regular work, reading, storage or occasional guests before selecting a desk, shelving or bed.

Agree together: A room brief with furniture and joinery selected explicitly.

02

Hosting & privacy

Follow the route from the entrance to seating, dining and bedrooms with furniture in place.

Agree together: A plan that considers both guests and private rooms.

03

Room-specific storage

Confirm bedroom and dressing dimensions separately instead of copying the same wardrobe into every room.

Agree together: Individual storage elevations with a coordinated finish approach.

Bring these to the conversation.

  • Correct development, tower and flat plan
  • Intended study or spare-room use
  • Room-specific storage and privacy priorities

These are planning checks, not a declaration of builder-supplied inclusions. Confirm the specification for your own apartment.

A clear scope before a commitment

What will your apartment interiors cost?

The answer depends on your rooms, measured work and finishes. Compare Premium, Luxury and Bespoke specifications alongside what is included—not just the total.

Compare the work and cost, room by room
  1. Choose your rooms and work

Keep what works. Select what you want to change.

  2. Review the price and scope

GST is shown separately. Optional work must be selected and listed.

  3. Keep the details connected

Design decisions, material records and the schedule belong in My Livingly.

Before interiors begin

Your ATS Pious Orchards interior planning checklist.

A few decisions now make the quote and the work clearer. Keep your floor plan, handover specification and room list together.

  1. Check what the builder supplies

    Your handover specification comes first.

    What to check
    • Compare your apartment with its agreed handover specification. Note the flooring, doors, kitchen cabinetry and bathroom fittings already supplied.
    • Keep photographs and a list of items to clarify with the builder. Builder inclusions can differ between apartments and purchase agreements.
  2. Decide what stays in each room

Keep, replace or add. Make those choices visible.

    What to check
    • Mark the rooms you want designed. List existing beds, sofas, wardrobes and appliances you intend to keep, with their dimensions.
    • Separate new furniture from replacement work. Replacing flooring, doors or bathroom finishes may also need removal and preparation in the scope.
  3. Compare the same scope

One total is not the whole comparison.

    What to check
    • Check wardrobe and cabinet dimensions, materials, hardware, counters and the quantity of furniture. Ask which electrical, plumbing and installation work is listed.
    • Read the GST, exclusions and assumptions. Confirm how added work will be priced and approved before comparing two quotes.
  4. Confirm access before scheduling

A plan for the apartment. A plan for getting the work done.

    What to check
    • Ask your society or facility team about work permissions, permitted hours, goods-lift booking, delivery access and debris removal.
    • Check any applicable deposits or building charges directly with the society. Agree who handles them and coordinate deliveries before fixing the work schedule.

Before you start.

How should I include a study in my ATS Pious Orchards interiors brief?

If your own layout includes a study or extra room, choose whether it will serve regular work, reading, storage or occasional guests. List the desk, shelving or bed you want, then check usable dimensions and privacy. The space’s label alone does not determine the paid interior scope.

Is study furniture automatically included in Pious Orchards interiors?

No. The apartment layout may have a study, but a room label does not automatically add a desk, shelving or furniture. The selected and agreed work determines what Livingly will supply.

Can you plan interiors before I move in?

You can begin with the plan, requirements and intended room scope. Execution timing depends on access, site readiness, approvals and the agreed design. A public page does not guarantee a start or handover date.

Are Pious Orchards and Pious Hideaways interchangeable?

No. Confirm the correct development, tower and apartment plan when you contact us. A plan from another development should not be used to assume your measurements or quote.
