2 BHK interior design cost
Check kitchen storage, two bedrooms and shared living space. Keeping usable floors or furniture can reduce the selected scope; adding wardrobes and new furniture changes it.

Apartment interior costs in Noida and Delhi NCR
A bedroom count does not specify the work. Compare the actual rooms, dimensions and builder-provided finishes before comparing package totals.
Check kitchen storage, two bedrooms and shared living space. Keeping usable floors or furniture can reduce the selected scope; adding wardrobes and new furniture changes it.
Decide how the third room will work: bedroom, study or guest room. Each choice changes furniture, storage and lighting quantities. Price the selected work in each room.
More rooms can mean more storage, window treatments and fittings, but finish specifications and measured quantities matter as much as size. Compare the same scope across finish levels.
Modular kitchen cost depends on cabinet runs, fronts, hardware and counters. Wardrobe cost depends on width, height, internal storage and fittings. A per-square-foot apartment rate alone does not describe either.
Use my floor plan for a room-by-room estimateThe decisions behind the total
A bedroom refresh and a complete apartment have different scopes. Start with the rooms that matter, then check the work included in each.
Keeping usable flooring, doors or furniture can change the scope substantially. Replacement work can also involve removal, preparation and installation.
Wardrobes, counters, paint and tiles use different measurements. Two apartments with the same number of bedrooms can need different quantities of work.
Cabinet fronts, countertops, hardware and other finishes affect the price. Compare the written specifications alongside the total.
Livingly’s quoted price also includes design, procurement and project management, overheads and contingency. GST is charged separately. Optional items are included only when selected and listed.Explore the work we cover
Beyond the bedroom count

At Livingly, a 2BHK or 3BHK label does not set the price. A 2BHK with a new kitchen, two bathrooms and replacement flooring has a different scope from one that keeps those elements and adds wardrobes and a few pieces of furniture.
A third bedroom adds work only if you include it. Its wardrobe, finishes and furniture depend on your selections and the recorded measurements. Compare the rooms and work, rather than assuming every 3BHK needs the same budget.

These are the questions to compare, whether you are planning one room or a whole apartment. The illustrations show possibilities; the work is included only when selected and listed in your quote.
Cabinet dimensions, counters and fittings
Compare base and wall cabinets, shutters, hardware, counter material and installation. Check whether the sink, appliances, plumbing and electrical changes are listed.
Wardrobe size and your furniture choices
Compare wardrobe width and height, internal storage and hardware. List lofts, beds, bedside tables and curtains separately so a furniture package is clear.
Furniture counts, storage and window treatments
Check sofa size, dining seating, TV storage and curtain dimensions. Confirm lighting and electrical work, rather than assuming they come with the furniture.
What stays and what needs replacing
Compare tile areas, vanity dimensions, shower glass and fittings. If replacement is planned, ask whether removal, surface preparation, plumbing and any waterproofing work are included.
Compare like for like
A kitchen-and-wardrobe package and a complete interior quote may cover different work. Check these six things side by side.
Good questions
There is no single price for every 3 BHK. The selected rooms, measured work, retained items, materials and fittings determine the scope. Use Livingly’s dated Kalpataru Vista illustration below to compare three scopes for one recorded layout, with GST and assumptions shown. Those figures are not a 3 BHK package or a current quote for a different flat.
For each selected room, compare the listed work, dimensions or quantities, material and fitting specifications, and installation responsibilities. Identify retained items, optional furniture and appliances, design and project coordination, GST, exclusions and measurement assumptions. A room name alone does not establish its inclusions.
The work you choose matters as much as your apartment’s size. We calculate your price from recorded room dimensions, selected rooms, work and finish level. This lets you see the scope behind the total, instead of relying on one blanket rate per square foot.
No. Displayed prices exclude GST. GST is charged separately at the applicable rate, as stated on your quote.
Search for your building first. If there’s no match, choose ‘Building not listed? Share your home’. Leave your address and email, and upload a floor plan if you have one. We’ll review your request and help with the next step. Online pricing starts once the plan and measurements are verified.
Yes. Getting your price is free, with no obligation to book. You can revise your rooms and questionnaire choices and review a new price before deciding to go ahead.
Make the comparison local
Begin with your apartment’s handover specification and layout. Builder-supplied work, the rooms you choose and the changes you want matter more than a standard budget for a development name.
A visual scope comparison
Keep the layout constant. Compare what stays, what changes and what needs measuring before you compare a total. These are separate example scopes, not changes to your questionnaire or saved quote.
A real calculation, with its assumptions
Premium finish · Priced
Each option adds rooms to the one before it. These are dated scope illustrations for this apartment type, not whole-apartment packages or a current quote for your flat.
₹3,42,637 before GST
Living/dining only, including its listed base fitted work and finishes.
₹7,72,793 before GST
The living/dining work plus the main bedroom’s listed base work, not only a wardrobe.
₹11,06,117 before GST
The living/dining and main-bedroom work plus a new kitchen with the listed cabinets, counter, fittings and base work.
The same recorded apartment layout is used in all three illustrations. Existing flooring, doors, door hardware and loose furniture are retained. Other rooms, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, existing-circuit rewiring and changes to the wall layout are excluded. Design, materials, procurement and site management for the listed work are included.
Wardrobe height uses the pricing engine’s standard assumption where a complete wardrobe takeoff is missing. Recorded dimensions and site conditions are checked before work begins; these dated figures do not replace a current quote for your own flat.
The planning view below is separate from the dated Vista prices above. Choosing another layout does not apply those prices to it.
The living/dining work may include fitted storage, feature walls, ceilings and finishes as listed in the quote. Other rooms and retained loose furniture are excluded from new supply.
Your price uses your mapped flat, selected rooms, actual work and finish level. GST is shown separately. This comparison does not assume every illustrated item is included.
