Sector 128, Noida · planning notes

Plan the rooms together, not in isolation

01

Connect the living spaces

Think through hosting, everyday seating and dining as one sequence. Check furniture sizes against the routes between rooms and outdoor openings before finalising individual pieces.

02

Make storage work across rooms

Review what belongs in wardrobes, dressing areas and shared storage. A larger apartment does not need cabinetry on every available wall. Record the runs and dimensions that the design actually needs.

03

Coordinate services early

Review lighting, air-conditioning requirements, appliance positions and ceiling details together. The existing services and building requirements should guide what is practical before finishes are ordered.

A brief for your Kalpataru Vista home

Which spaces should work together, and where do you want privacy?

Start with the relationships between living, dining, bedrooms and any separate study or dressing areas in your own type. Use room purposes to decide where fitted work belongs before choosing a finish level.

01

Hosting & everyday living

Mark everyday seating and guest seating separately, then check the routes through the living and dining spaces.

Agree together: One coordinated furniture plan rather than isolated room purchases.

02

Wardrobes & dressing

Allocate what each storage area needs to hold. Record the actual runs and check access with doors and furniture open.

Agree together: A storage schedule without assuming cabinetry on every wall.

03

Vanities & services

Confirm each bathroom's intended vanity, plumbing position and site dimensions. A recorded allowance still needs confirmation before fabrication.

Agree together: A bathroom-by-bathroom fitting and dimension schedule.

Bring these to the conversation.

  • Published apartment type and correct orientation
  • How you want to use each living or study space
  • Retained furniture list and bathroom fitting preferences

These are planning checks, not a declaration of builder-supplied inclusions. Confirm the specification for your own apartment.

A clear scope before a commitment

What will your apartment interiors cost?

The answer depends on your rooms, measured work and finishes. Compare Premium, Luxury and Bespoke specifications alongside what is included—not just the total.

Compare the work and cost, room by room
  1. Choose your rooms and work

Keep what works. Select what you want to change.

  2. Review the price and scope

GST is shown separately. Optional work must be selected and listed.

  3. Keep the details connected

Design decisions, material records and the schedule belong in My Livingly.

Before interiors begin

Your Kalpataru Vista interior planning checklist.

A few decisions now make the quote and the work clearer. Keep your floor plan, handover specification and room list together.

  1. Check what the builder supplies

    Your handover specification comes first.

    What to check
    • Compare your apartment with its agreed handover specification. Note the flooring, doors, kitchen cabinetry and bathroom fittings already supplied.
    • Keep photographs and a list of items to clarify with the builder. Builder inclusions can differ between apartments and purchase agreements.
  2. Decide what stays in each room

Keep, replace or add. Make those choices visible.

    What to check
    • Mark the rooms you want designed. List existing beds, sofas, wardrobes and appliances you intend to keep, with their dimensions.
    • Separate new furniture from replacement work. Replacing flooring, doors or bathroom finishes may also need removal and preparation in the scope.
  3. Compare the same scope

One total is not the whole comparison.

    What to check
    • Check wardrobe and cabinet dimensions, materials, hardware, counters and the quantity of furniture. Ask which electrical, plumbing and installation work is listed.
    • Read the GST, exclusions and assumptions. Confirm how added work will be priced and approved before comparing two quotes.
  4. Confirm access before scheduling

A plan for the apartment. A plan for getting the work done.

    What to check
    • Ask your society or facility team about work permissions, permitted hours, goods-lift booking, delivery access and debris removal.
    • Check any applicable deposits or building charges directly with the society. Agree who handles them and coordinate deliveries before fixing the work schedule.

Before you start.

Does a study or dressing space automatically add work to my Vista quote?

No. Decide how each space in your own apartment type will be used, then check the work explicitly listed in the quote. Record study furniture, wardrobes and dressing storage separately where selected. A room label on a floor plan does not mean every possible item is included.

Is Kalpataru Vista in Sector 150?

No. Kalpataru Vista is in Sector 128, Noida. Its apartment plans and interior enquiry belong to Livingly’s wider Noida service, separately from the Sector 150 development pages.

Can different rooms use different materials?

Discuss room-specific requirements with the team during design. The online finish selection sets the quote’s specifications; any proposed changes need to be documented and agreed with their price implications.

Does the plan library replace a site measurement?

No. Published layouts help begin planning and quoting. Dimensions, services and site conditions are confirmed before execution, including any differences from the recorded layout.
